Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and supervise Associates.
• Maintain a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and Associates.
• Ensure merchandise presentation, back stock organization, and cleanliness of stockrooms.
• Lead Front End operations and cashier procedures to meet service and productivity standards.
• Support loss prevention and help reduce shrink through awareness and procedures.
• Perform administrative duties as assigned by Store Manager, including payroll-related tasks.
