Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety as the top priority and model safe behaviors.
• Maintain high awareness on the sales floor for a safe shopping environment.
• Oversee security of building, EAS checks, Cash Office, and deliveries.
• Keep areas clean and merchandised to standard; assist with back stock as needed.
• Ensure back-stock is secured and processed per policy.
• Lead front-end operations; train cashiers and manage break schedules.
• Perform administrative duties: payroll edits, scheduling, and reporting.
• Assist in maintaining store standards and loss prevention awareness.
