Siemens Mobility in Jacksonville, FL seeks an Area Operations Manager, Service to lead a service operations organization across the greater Jacksonville area. You will drive profitability, operational excellence, and customer outcomes while aligning with Siemens SI B standards.

You will partner with central Operations teams, support Sales with pricing and scope, and oversee workforce planning to meet current and future business needs.

Competenze

• 10+ years leading service or operations in a project-based environment.
• Strong financial acumen including revenue, margin and cash flow responsibility.
• Experience partnering with Sales, PMO and operations teams.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end service execution across the assigned area, including project services and Service Agreements.
• Drive service and operational growth by meeting revenue, gross margin and operating margin targets.
• Plan, direct and oversee service operations to support sustainable growth and customer retention.
• Monitor performance to control costs, manage risk, and improve margins.
• Partner with central Operations teams to leverage standard tools and best practices.
• Provide operational and technical support to Sales teams including pricing guidance and scope definition.
• Lead workforce planning including hiring, development, and performance management.
• Ensure balance sheet, cash flow and working capital align with North Star expectations.
• Maintain alignment with Area General Management on strategy and market growth initiatives.
