Siemens Mobility is seeking a Building Automation Systems Service Operations Supervisor to lead a dedicated service team at our Miramar, FL location. You will coordinate technicians, manage time-and-material work, and ensure on-time delivery while meeting customer commitments.

The role emphasizes supervision, training, and driving efficiency across installed projects and service programs within our Building Automation Systems group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years HVAC or Building Automation experience in related field.
• On-the-job or educational experience with HVAC or Building Automation systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Verbal and written communication in English.
• Must be 21+ with valid driver's license and eligible for Siemens fleet vehicle program.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and mentor the service team; set goals and schedule training.
• Schedule tasks and drive growth by leading a highly effective team.
• Identify chargeable opportunities (T&M, upgrades, expansions) and submit service orders/reports.
• Participate in turnover from sales-to-service and projects-to-service with final walkthroughs.
• Support contract profitability via cost containment.
• Ensure contract requirements are met and maintain customer satisfaction and communications.
• Determine labor loading and balance to meet customer needs.
• Champion safety compliance and ensure proper training and adherence to processes.
• Maintain strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
