Job summary

Trane Technologies in Birmingham, AL is hiring an Area Service Leader to oversee a regional service area, drive budget achievement, and lead a team of Area Service Managers. You will manage safety initiatives, hiring, training, and customer projects, with a two-year strategic outlook.

The role requires 5+ years HVAC or related field, 3+ years managing large teams, strong P&L understanding, and proficiency with MS Office; Salesforce is a plus. Travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in HVAC or a related field.
• 3+ years’ experience managing and coaching large teams and organizing work schedules.
• Strong business acumen with knowledge of P&L and operating plans.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategic outlook to grow the business and meet targets (revenue, workforce forecasting).
• P&L responsibility and monthly revenue forecasting; drive service base growth.
• Lead hiring, training, and safety initiatives for the area; manage service teams.
• Ensure service processes, safety compliance, and customer projects are executed.
