Job summary

Toll Brothers, America's leading luxury homebuilder, seeks an Area Sales Manager for our Boca Raton division to coach a 10+ member sales team and drive sales and revenue targets. This on-site role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and collaboration with Marketing and Project Management.

You will mentor performance, manage talent, and coordinate with HOA boards as needed while aligning with divisional strategies and compensation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of home sales experience.
• 2+ years of experience in managing, coaching, or mentoring others.
• CRM software experience.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train the sales team to achieve sales and revenue goals.
• Provide customer-facing communications and implement policies.
• Support local engagement plans with Realtor outreach, referrals, and Quick Delivery Homes.
• Collaborate with Marketing on execution and competitive analysis.
• Mentor and develop performance plans; hire and retain future sales talent.
