Job summary

Toll Brothers, America’s Leading Luxury Home Builder, seeks a Purchasing Manager for the Bonita Springs division in Florida. This on-site role contracts trade partners, negotiates pricing, and supports cost saving initiatives across the division.

You will partner with planning, architecture, and operations to drive value engineering and SKU optimization. Responsibilities include budgeting, contract maintenance, supplier performance, and analytics to improve procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Construction Management or Supply Chain Management (or extensive experience in the residential homebuilding industry)
• Minimum 5 years of contracting and negotiating pricing of building materials or related residential construction experience
• Office 3 days per week in-office requirement

Responsibilities

• Budgeting and contracting of trade categories in the division
• Bid, negotiate, and approve trade partner contracts
• Maintain contracts and scopes of work for trade assignments
• Collaborate with planning and architecture for value engineering
• Develop and apply strategic sourcing to lower total cost of ownership
• Analyze spend and supplier performance for savings opportunities
• Oversee rebate collection and benchmarking studies
• Support national purchasing initiatives across markets
• Improve processes through analytics and SKU optimization
