Job summary

Toll Brothers in Palm Harbor, FL, is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead on-site homebuilding for a brand-new community. This role supervises the construction team, coordinates subcontractors, ensures plans and specifications are followed, and resolves day-to-day site challenges to keep projects on track.

You will obtain permits, manage inspections, oversee safety, and collaborate with sales to smooth the homebuying process.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience in residential construction supervision, scheduling, and field oversight.
• Thorough knowledge of all trades involved in residential construction.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Inspect jobs in process and at completion.
• Manage construction team and subcontractors.
• Approve subcontractor invoices and orders for materials.
• Obtain permits and ensure building materials meet specs.
• Maintain a safe and healthy jobsite and oversee inspections.
• Coordinate with sales to ensure a smooth buying process for homebuyers.
• Conduct pre-settlement inspections with homeowners.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
