Job summary
Toll Brothers is seeking a dynamic Director of Sales to lead our sales team in the division. This on-site role reports to the Division President and collaborates with Marketing, Operations, and national leadership to drive revenue and market share across luxury communities.
Relocation assistance to Utah is provided. The position emphasizes strategic leadership, people development, and brand stewardship, with accountability for budgets, incentives, and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of homebuilding experience and 3+ years in a leadership role
- CRM software experience (ideally Salesforce)
- Leadership in structuring sales quotas and revenue expectations
- Experience communicating with senior leaders
- License/credentials as applicable to real estate
Responsibilities
- Lead the sales team to achieve goals and drive revenue for multiple communities
- Promote a culture of sales excellence and coordinate with marketing and operations
- Set pricing, incentives, and product offerings across divisions
- Mentor and develop sales leaders and consultants
- Collaborate on brand management, events, and promotional campaigns
- Analyze market trends and competitive activity to inform strategy
