You will directly manage On-site Sales Counselors, recruit and train staff, review CMAs monthly, and build brand awareness with realtors and major employers in the area.

Strong candidates have 5+ years in new home sales for production builders, plus familiarity with HubSpot and CRM-driven performance management.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a sales team of professionals.
• Minimum of five years in new home sales for production homebuilders.
• Brix and HubSpot experience a plus.
• Strong knowledge of sales, management and motivational techniques.
• Experience with production homebuilding processes.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage On-site Sales Counselors.
• Ensure staffing of the Sales Team; recruit and hire as needed.
• Review and verify CMAs monthly.
• Build brand awareness with realtors, businesses, relocation companies and other affiliates.
• On-board and train new hires; conduct sales office orientations.
• Provide ongoing training through site visits and team meetings.
• Assist sales team as first point of contact for questions and issues; escalate when required.
• Monitor HubSpot CRM performance; report to management as requested.
• Assist with resolving contract issues with realtors and/or lenders.
• Work with Sales Team and lenders to ensure capture rate goals are achieved.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
