Job summary

Brookfield Residential in Austin and Dallas is seeking an Area Sales Manager to lead and train the onsite sales team. You will coordinate with sales, marketing, construction and leadership to optimize processes, mentor staff, and manage projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of homebuilding sales, strong organizational and auditing skills, and proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience selling new homes.
• Extensive knowledge of home building industry, sales, construction and closing process.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and auditing skills to effectively manage multiple priorities, maintain accuracy, and ensure timely completion of assignments.
• Ability to multi-task and monitor deadlines.
• Willingness to handle additional duties, as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Establish onboarding process for new hires and create training schedules.
• Create and maintain ongoing training and refresher programs for staff.
• Maintain library of training materials and trainer videos.
• Serve as primary contact for sales team; troubleshoot system issues and train on NSS/NSE, Salesforce, and other platforms.
• Coordinate meetings, logistics, and team events with VP of Sales & Marketing.
• Record meetings and circulate recaps and assignments the same day or next morning.
• Attend and manage onsite events and trade shows as directed.
• Provide monthly CX updates in sales meetings and track regional KPIs.
