Qualifikationen

• Outside B2B sales experience in packaging, corrugated, or a related field.
• Experience mentoring or leading a sales team and achieving targets.
• Experience developing and implementing sales strategies and plans.
• Strong business and financial acumen in analysis, pricing, forecasting, and budgeting.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop the commercial sales team, including recruiting and ongoing development.
• Partner with operations and other capabilities (Analytics, Revenue Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Salesforce Effectiveness, S&OP).
• Apply knowledge of the Northern California agriculture market to support the team and customers.
• Improve profit margins and drive profitability via strategic road mapping and P&L impact.
• Create market-specific sales and pricing strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Drive customer success through the sales training process.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and hold the team accountable to regional needs.
• Ensure compliance with governmental regulations, GP safety standards, and site practices.
• Leverage Microsoft 365 tools and Dynamics CRM for sales activities.
