Job summary

Georgia-Pacific Corrugated Packaging is seeking a technically adept Technical Service Representative to join our Northern California team (Madera, San Leandro, Modesto). You will support national accounts with innovative technical solutions, project management, and strong customer service.

The role requires travel up to 50%, proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Dynamics CRM, and a background in packaging operations or quality. A related degree and Six Sigma training are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Experience in packaging operations, maintenance, design, or quality.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Degree in packaging, business, or related field preferred; Six Sigma training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships with accounts.
• Support national and local projects with end-to-end management.
• Identify and troubleshoot quality or service issues with cross-functional teams.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for automated packaging equipment.
• Manage workload with strong time-management and proactive planning.
• Travel within Northern California for service calls, maintenance, and projects.
• Document activities using Office 365 and Dynamics CRM.
