Job summary

Flowers Bakeries has an immediate opening for an Area Sales Director responsible for supporting DSD sales and Independent Distributors. You will build solid customer relationships with key accounts to promote promotions and display execution in the market.

You will work with a Market Vice President and the Sales Enablement team to analyze market opportunities and maximize sales, using consumer insights to adjust strategies.

Qualifications

• Requires 5 years of management or sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Sales or Business Administration.
• Ability to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical Card.

Responsibilities

• Support DSD sales and IDs (Independent Distributors).
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts to promote displays and growth.
• Analyze market and territory opportunities with Market VP and Sales Enablement team.
