Flowers Bakeries has an immediate opening for an Area Sales Director responsible for supporting DSD sales and Independent Distributors. You will build and maintain relationships with key accounts, drive selling opportunities in the market, and track sales data to promote promotions and displays.

You will collaborate with a Market Vice President and the Sales Enablement team to analyze opportunities, apply consumer insights to strategy, and lead efforts to maximize regional growth.

Qualifikationen

• 5 years of relevant experience in general management or sales.
• Experience as a sales rep, distributor, or other sales position required.

Aufgaben

• Support DSD (direct store delivery) sales and IDs (Independent Distributors).
• Build and maintain solid customer relationships with key accounts to promote promotion/display execution.
• Analyze market and territory opportunities with VP and Sales Enablement to maximize sales using consumer insights.
