Job summary

Flowers Bakeries has an immediate opening for an Area Sales Director. You will support DSD sales and independent distributors, manage key accounts, and drive growth through strong customer relationships and effective display execution.

You will work with the Market VP and Sales Enablement to analyze opportunities and develop strategies to maximize sales. A DOT Medical Card, valid license, and 21+ age are required, with a salary range of $69,000–$77,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience in general management or sales.
• Bachelor's degree in Sales or Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical Card.
• Valid Driver's License and Safe Driving Record.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Support DSD (direct store delivery) sales and IDs (Independent Distributors).
• Build and maintain solid customer relationships with key accounts to promote display execution.
• Analyze market opportunities to maximize sales with the Market VP and Sales Enablement team.
