Flowers Foods, Inc. in Dayton, OH is seeking an Area Sales Director to support DSD sales and Independent Distributors. You will manage customer relationships, grow the customer base, and seek new selling opportunities while tracking sales data.

You will work with a Market VP and Sales Enablement to analyze market opportunities and maximize sales, using consumer insights to adjust strategies. 21+ and valid DL required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience in general management or sales.
• Bachelor's degree (preferably Sales or Business Administration) or equivalent experience.
• Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical Card.
• Valid Driver's License and Safe Driving Record.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Support DSD (direct store delivery) sales and IDs (Independent Distributors).
• Manage customer relationships and grow the customer base.
• Seek new selling opportunities in the market and track sales data.
• Build and maintain solid customer relationships to ensure promotion and display execution.
• Use digital tools to show execution wins and growth opportunities.
