Job summary

Long John Silver’s is seeking an Area Supervisor to provide operations leadership for multiple company-owned restaurants. You will work with the Director of Operations to drive region strategies and help RGMs exceed annual targets.

Responsibilities include coaching teams, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring pilot promotions and labor compliance. Requires Serv-Safe certification and prior QSR leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple quick service or fast casual locations.
• Proven ability to coach and develop restaurant leadership.
• Strong focus on food safety, guest satisfaction and P&L basics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach RGMs and restaurant teams to meet goals.
• Maintain food safety, product, and facility standards.
• Set performance targets and monitor guest satisfaction.
• Schedule bench planning calls and promotions planning.
• Ensure compliance with Labor standards and brand codes.
