You will support Restaurant General Managers (RGMs), ensuring that they meet or exceed performance targets. Key responsibilities include coaching RGMs, analyzing financial performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction across all units.

The ideal candidate will have strong supervisory experience in a food service environment, a passion for customer service, and a proven track record in coaching and development.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of Taco Bell performance metrics.
• Must pass background check and drug test.
