Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking an Area Coach to lead and develop 5–10 restaurants. You will coach RGMs and AGMs, ensure market targets for guest experience, margin and people are met, and model the company standards in food safety and operations.

You will travel to designated stores, train managers, review performance data, and lead product rollouts with local leadership to sustain strong results and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• Strong knowledge of Taco Bell performance metrics, product specs and management systems.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee development.
