Job summary

Brookfield Properties seeks a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a Florida apartment community. You will supervise staff, ensure leasing and occupancy targets are met, and maintain property assets to maximize NOI while upholding service standards.

The role requires 3–4 years of supervisory property management experience, knowledge of housing laws, and strong MS Office skills; certifications are a plus. On-site with full benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Undergraduate or Associate degree in General Studies.
• 3–4 years of supervisory or property management experience.
• ARM, CPM, CAM or IREM certifications preferred.
• Fair housing laws, MS Office and leadership skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily apartment community operations, including administration, leasing, and maintenance.
• Oversee on-site staff performance and provide evaluations.
• Coordinate communication between property staff and Corporate Office; manage budgets and vendor contracts.
• Support maintenance programs and ensure housing quality standards compliance.
• Assist in marketing plans and resident selection, including rent collection and move-in/out procedures.
