Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking aSenior Property Manager (CRE) to oversee the Property Management staff and a significant portfolio, acting as the primary liaison with third-party relationships. The role demands strategic leadership, financial oversight, and a focus on owner satisfaction across multiple properties.

The successful candidate will manage budgets, reports, and construction activity while ensuring contract compliance and effective tenant relations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of real estate property management or related experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related discipline preferred.
• CPM, RPA, or CSM designation and real estate license.
• Strong knowledge of finance and building operations; ability to lead and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate, and lead property management activities.
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, and owner communications.
• Lead Property Management staff and vendor relations.
• Ensure compliance with policies, codes, and regulations.
• Oversee construction projects and invoices.
• Manage tenant relations and conduct property inspections.
• Monitor cash flow and billing processes.
