Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of Property Management experience.
• 5+ years of Management experience.
• Experience using property management software (Yardi) preferred.
• Ability to travel to multiple sites regularly.
• Strong budget and financial oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of portfolio communities in partnership with Asset Manager and Regional Property Manager.
• Drive customer service, renewals, revenue, and profitability.
• Develop and lead a high‑performing on‑site team across leasing, maintenance, and management.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the portfolio.
• Coordinate marketing efforts and maintain vendor relations.
