Job summary

InfuCare Rx in Aston Township, PA seeks an Area General Manager to oversee all pharmacy operations within home infusion and specialty services. You will supervise staff, coordinate with sales, operations, and clinical teams, ensure accuracy and safety, and maintain compliance and reporting.

The role emphasizes leadership, budgeting, performance reviews, onboarding patients, and collaboration with physicians and nurses. The ideal candidate has a PharmD or B.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy from an accredited college.
• 5+ years of management experience leading high performing teams.
• Currently Licensed as a registered pharmacist in the state of employment.
• Minimum 3 years pharmacy operations and clinical home infusion experience.
• Strong knowledge of intravenous admixture and home infusion therapy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff to ensure accurate and safe job performance.
• Direct, coordinate, and supervise all pharmacy activities.
• Collaborate with Director of Pharmacy to facilitate operations.
• Perform duties of the clinical pharmacist as necessary.
• Maintain clinical knowledge of pharmacotherapy and IV therapy.
