Job summary

InfuCare Rx in Aston, PA is hiring an Area General Manager to lead pharmacy operations, patient services, and staff supervision within our home infusion/specialty programs. You will coordinate with leadership, physicians, nurses, and distributors to ensure compliant, high-quality service and efficient operations.

You will supervise pharmacy activities, manage budgets, develop reports, mentor students, and maintain licensure across states while aligning with company goals and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (RPh) or PharmD from an accredited college.
• 5+ years of management experience leading high performing teams.
• Currently licensed as a registered pharmacist in the state of employment.
• Minimum 3 years pharmacy operations and clinical pharmacy experience in Home Infusion therapy.
• Strong knowledge in intravenous admixture and Home Infusion therapy.
• Supervisory/management skills to supervise the pharmacy aspects of Home Infusion therapy.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, clients, management and other employees.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to gain licensure in additional states.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all aspects of pharmacy operations, including patient services and personnel supervision.
• Ensures services comply with professional standards and applicable laws.
• Directs, coordinates, and supervises all pharmacy activities.
• Mentors pharmacy staff and participates in recruitment and training.
• Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Prepares management reports and contributes to the branch budget.
• Maintains daily, weekly, and annual reports.
