Job summary

InfuCare Rx, Inc. is seeking an Area General Manager to lead the pharmacy operations across patient services, administration, and staff supervision in Aston, PA.

You will align clinical pharmacists with operational goals and mentor staff while ensuring compliance with all regulations and quality standards. The role requires a PharmD or PharmD-equivalent with 5+ years of management experience in Home Infusion therapy and a valid state license.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctor of Pharmacy or PharmD and be licensed in the state of employment.
• Minimum 3 years of pharmacy operations and clinical experience in Home Infusion therapy.
• Strong supervisory and team leadership abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all pharmacy operations including patient services, administration and staff supervision.
• Ensure services comply with laws, regulations and professional standards.
• Direct, coordinate and supervise pharmacy activities and onboarding of patients.
• Maintain clinical skills in pharmacotherapy and IV therapy through continuing education.
• Coordinate branch budgeting, reporting and monthly/quarterly/annual projections.
• Mentor pharmacy students and participate in recruitment and training.
• Maintain on-call schedules and ensure HIPAA compliance.
