Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store operations and Associates during shifts.
• Open and close the store as Manager on Duty.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and keep areas clean and organized.
• Support front-end operations and customer service standards.
• Train and coach Associates on cash registers and store procedures.
• Assist with stockroom management and merchandising of departments.
