Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in logistics, shipping, 3PL or related field.
• Ability to evaluate data and present findings clearly.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule a team of Package Handlers and Lead Package Handlers in an assigned facility area.
• Monitor progress, provide feedback, identify improvements, and address performance/attendance.
• Conduct daily pre-sort meetings and communicate goals, events, and safety priorities.
