Job summary

OnTrac is seeking a HUB Area Manager to lead a designated facility area, ensuring safe, efficient operations while driving performance improvements. The role requires scheduling and coaching a team of Handlers, plus analyzing data to optimize workflows.

You will report to the facility Operations Manager and influence outcomes across sort activities and volume. Salary ranges reflect experience and location, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• GED or Diploma required; BA/BS preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in logistics/shipping/3PL with 1 year leadership.
• Ability to analyze data and present findings.
• Microsoft Office and math skills required.
• Strong communication and people-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule a team of Package Handlers and Lead Handlers.
• Monitor progress, provide feedback, and address performance issues.
• Conduct pre-sort meetings, communicate daily goals and safety priorities.
• Record arrivals/departures and volume flow from Linehauls.
• Perform safety training, audits, and end-of-shift reporting.
