Job summary

The role requires 2+ years of people management, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (or 2+ years of Amazon experience), and the ability to work weekends or nights.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your team.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention and HR to meet business objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk up to 12 hours, and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Work in a dynamic environment with varying noise, temperatures, and outdoor loads.
• Work a flexible schedule (weekends and/or overnight shifts).
