Amazon.com Services LLC is hiring an Area Manager in Arlington, WA to lead a team of hourly staff and drive safety, quality, attendance, and performance.

You will engage your team during shifts to meet customer delivery promises and collaborate with Safety, Engineering, and HR to implement improvements. The role requires flexibility for weekend/nights and lifting up to 49 pounds. Opportunities for growth across our expanding fulfillment network.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, HR to meet business objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts.
• Work in environments with variable temperatures and potential noise.
