Clean Team is seeking an Area Manager to lead cleaning operations in Indianapolis and surrounding areas. You will manage people, maintain client relationships, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.

The role emphasizes field leadership, quality control, and administrative oversight, with responsibilities including team development, site inspections, and safety compliance. Evening hours and travel between local sites are required.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team-lead experience across service industries such as cleaning, retail, hospitality, or logistics.
• Strong communication skills for clients and staff at all levels.
• Ability to solve problems and work independently in the field.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel between local sites and work evenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of cleaning associates across multiple sites.
