Qualifications

• 5+ years leading multiple venues in entertainment, hospitality, or F&B.
• Proven track record of growing sales and improving financials across locations.
• Experience developing General Managers into stronger operators.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, labor, and margin optimization skills.
• Data-driven approach to identify gaps and build improvement plans.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and guest experience across multiple centers.
• Coach General Managers and senior leaders to raise consistency and growth.
• Analyze multi-unit performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support sales initiatives, event programs, marketing execution, and staffing strategies.
