Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Regional Vice President to assume full operational and P&L responsibility for a large group of entertainment venues across your region. You will drive revenue, maximize cash flow, develop senior leaders, and ensure guest experiences that encourage repeat visits.

The role requires extensive multi-site leadership, a proven track record in sales growth and profit optimization, and willingness to travel nights, weekends, and holidays to stay connected with

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple centers in entertainment, hospitality, or related sectors.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and profitability at regional scale.
• Ability to translate strategy into field execution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational strategy and performance across all centers in the region.
• Develop senior leaders and leadership pipelines within the organization.
• Drive regional sales growth, labor optimization, cost management, and multi-location P&L.
• Maintain a strong field presence and coach leaders during peak periods.
• Lead major initiatives including remodels and companywide rollouts.
• Collaborate with executive team to shape strategy and implement it in the field.
