Lucky Strike Entertainment Corporation is seeking an Area Manager of Operations to lead multiple bowling centers, waterparks, and entertainment venues. You will coach General Managers, drive top-line growth, and optimize multi-unit operations through data-driven planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in high-volume entertainment, hospitality, or food and beverage.
• Proven record of driving sales growth and financial performance across multiple locations.
• Demonstrated success developing General Managers into stronger operators.
• Advanced financial acumen across multiple P&Ls including budgeting, forecasting, labor, and margin optimization.

The Role

As an Area Manager of Operations, you will lead multiple centers, develop your General Managers, and drive the operational and financial performance that keeps the business growing, moving as easily through field leadership as through performance data.

The pay range for this position is $125,000 to $135,000 per year, depending on qualifications.
