Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment Corporation is seeking a District Manager of Operations in California. You will own the performance of your entire district, coaching General Managers, and executing sales and operational plans to drive growth across multiple centers.

The role requires experience in entertainment hospitality or F&B, strong financial acumen, and willingness to travel. You will oversee revenue, labor, COGS, and expenses while upholding brand standards and safety.

Qualifications

• Proven multi‑unit leadership with entertainment, hospitality, or food & beverage experience.
• Track record of district‑level sales growth and operational performance.
• Strong ability to recruit, develop and deploy General Managers.
• Advanced budgeting, forecasting, margin management and cost control skills.
• Analytical, accountable approach to identifying gaps and implementing plans.
• Experience in leadership pipeline development and succession planning.
• Willingness to travel regularly and work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own sales growth, operational consistency, and profitability across all centers in your district.
• Develop General Managers through coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
• Maintain full financial accountability for district revenue, labor, COGS, and expenses.
• Execute district‑wide sales strategies across events, food & beverage, attractions, and guest engagement.
• Ensure facility readiness, safety compliance, and brand standards at every location.
• Maintain an active field presence during peak periods including nights, weekends, and holidays.
