Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe, secure shopping environment for customers and associates.
• Supervises store team, opens and closes the store, and supports operations.
• Ensures proper merchandise presentation and clean work areas.
• Executes company operational processes and loss prevention practices.
• Trains staff on cash handling and front-end procedures.
• Manages floor staffing and coordinates stockroom activities.
• Upholds company dress code and brand standards.
