Job summary

Hands of Heartland, Inc. in North Platte, NE seeks an Associate Area Director to oversee day-to-day service operations across assigned areas, including day services, residential services or supported employment, and to serve as the primary contact for oversight inquiries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Five years of progressive experience working with individuals with development disabilities required
• Five years of management experience required
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clear driving record

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, coach, evaluate and mentor team members and coordinators.
• Manage day-to-day operations for the assigned area to ensure smooth, compliant services.
• Undertake sound financial management to keep the area profitable and within budget.
• Develop and maintain program operation policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Respond to alleged violations and ensure timely investigations and resolutions.
• Promote quality assurance and comply with Hands of Heartland standards.
