Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 2+ years supervisory or management experience.
• Also requires 4+ years coordinating, planning and implementing residential/community programs for ID/DD populations.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.

Responsabilités

• Provide ongoing supervision, staff development, and evaluation of assigned staff.
• Ensure documentation is completed and maintained accurately.
• Monitor budgets and staffing with direct reports.
• Oversee placement for residential services and advocate person-centered planning.
• Lead committees and collaborate with external resources and agencies.
