Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct operations of residential locations.
• Hire, train, and schedule staff.
• Implement program plans and coordinate appointments/activities.
• Some travel between locations required.
• Ensure ISP-based services address residents' wants and needs.
• Maintain safety, dignity and rights of individuals.
• Complete and timely documentation and logs.
• Safeguard residents' funds and assist with purchases.
• Provide on-call support to staff during emergencies.
• Intervene in aggressive or inappropriate behaviors with behavior plans.
