Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of supervisory experience in healthcare settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Healthcare, or Business.
• Strong business administration and budgeting skills with knowledge of state regulations.
• Leads by example with empathy, openness, and calm under pressure.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and mentor Program Managers; hire and develop staff; keep morale high.
• Manage regional budgets, labor costs, payroll and billing.
• Ensure programs are safe, ethical, and in compliance with state guidelines; address issues.
• Build relationships with client families, state agencies and community groups.
• Lead state projects, grants, and specialized program contracts.
