Job summary

Hands of Heartland is seeking a Team Member Coordinator to oversee residential locations in Lincoln, NE. You will hire, train, and schedule DSPs, implement program plans, and travel between sites to support individuals with developmental disabilities.

The role requires coordinating staff, documenting plans, safeguarding funds, and ensuring quality services. On-call support and ongoing training are part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience with people with developmental disabilities preferred.
• One year supervisory/leader experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to pass registry and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct operations of residential locations including hiring, training and scheduling staff.
• Travel between Lincoln locations as needed.
• Ensure ISPAddresses wants/needs of individuals are met.
• Maintain safety, dignity, and positive atmosphere in day center.
• Complete and timely documentation (ISP data, plans, logs, funds requests, etc.).
• Safeguard individuals' funds and assist with purchases.
• Hire, train, coach, evaluate and mentor team members.
• Approve timecards and manage staffing schedules.
• Facilitate community integration through activities and outings.
• Intervene with behavior plans as needed and provide on-call support.
• Ensure facilities and vehicles meet HOH/state requirements.
• Complete required trainings and perform other duties.
