Job summary

Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc. in Oklahoma City is seeking an Area Merchandising Manager to drive merchandising compliance, coach teams, and manage vendor relations across multiple locations.

You will be responsible for ensuring brand standards, conducting regular site visits, and coordinating with district leadership to optimize performance and customer experience. Join a team with strong benefits and a long-standing presence in the industry.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a district restaurant management position required.
• 2+ years deciphering and impacting budgets and P&L statements.
• 2+ years leading through influence in a multi-unit setting.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clear expectations to achieve brand, performance, and behavior standards.
• Conduct regular quarterly visits and weekly conference calls for each location.
• Collaborate with the District Manager(s) to manage turnover and retention; recruit, hire, train, evaluate, and develop team members.
• Identify opportunities on reports and implement plans to correct issues and improve performance.
• Recognize and resolve customer feedback by determining optimal solutions promptly.
• Protect company assets with audits and ensure cash handling and Love's policies are followed.

The Area Merchandising Manager will help run our business by driving compliance of merchandising processes and procedures, sales coaching, and managing vendor relations.

Job Functions:

• Responsible for protecting company assets with various audit processes and ensure that all cash handling and Love's policies and procedures are followed by all employees.

Requirements:

• 2+ years in a district restaurant management position required.
• 2+ years deciphering and impacting budgets and P&L statements.
• 2+ years leading through influence in a multi-unit setting.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Additional screening may include a motor vehicle check and/or DOT Physical.
