Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc. in Oklahoma City is seeking an Area Merchandising Manager to drive merchandising compliance, coach sales, and manage vendor relations across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a district restaurant management position.
• 2+ years deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
• 2+ years leading through influence in a multi-unit setting.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check, with possible DOT screening.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clear expectations to achieve brand, performance, and behavior standards.
• Conduct regular quarterly visits and weekly conference calls for each location.
• Collaborate with the District Manager(s) to manage employee turnover and retention; recruit, hire, train, evaluate, assist in development and succession planning of team members.
• Identify areas of opportunity on monthly, weekly, and daily reports and implement plans to correct issues and improve performance.
• Recognize and resolve customer feedback by determining optimal solutions in a timely manner.
• Protect company assets with various audit processes and ensure that all cash handling and Love's policies and procedures are followed by all employees.
