Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Enrolled in Bachelor's program for Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 50-100 Amazon Associates.
• Manage shifts and ensure safety, quality, attendance, and performance.
• Oversee inbound/outbound operations and use pallet jacks and PIT equipment where applicable.
• Walk the floor regularly to supervise, address issues, and communicate priorities to the team.
