Amazon.com Services LLC is hiring an Area Manager for on-site operations in Illinois. This entry-level leadership role oversees 50–100 hourly Associates in fulfillment or related facilities, focusing on safety, performance and team development.

You will mentor staff, drive performance, and ensure the team has tools and training to succeed on a fast-paced warehouse floor. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required by August 2026.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed between May 2024 and August 2026.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 50–100 hourly Associates in a warehouse setting.
• Motivate, mentor and manage team performance to meet goals.
• Ensure safety, quality, attendance and operational standards.
• Coordinate with operations to support on-site processes and training.
