Job summary

Stord Warehousing, LLC is seeking an Area Manager II to lead a warehouse team, drive inventory accuracy, and improve processes. You will collaborate with HR, Safety, Customer Service, and other Ops Leaders to ensure efficient, accurate operations and continuous improvement.

You’ll manage workload planning, oversee order fulfillment to quality standards, and utilize WMS and material handling equipment daily in a fast-paced distribution center environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years’ experience with WMS/inventory in a high-volume facility.
• Leadership experience required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a warehouse team to meet daily goals.
• Collaborate with HR, Safety, Customer Service and other Ops Leaders to drive results.
• Address operational and personnel issues affecting the area.
• Implement process improvements and workload efficiency mechanisms.
• Utilize workload planning tools to ensure orders are fulfilled to standards.
• Investigate discrepancies and variances.
• Perform duties with attention to quality and accuracy.
