Don's Garage Doors is seeking an Area Manager to lead market development in the Cincinnati area. This on-site role requires coaching 20–40 field staff, overseeing budgets, fleet, and performance, and driving the company’s Vision and Mission across multiple locations.

Training may occur in Phoenix with travel to markets nationwide. You will recruit, onboard, and develop technicians and supervisors, while partnering with HR to ensure strong engagement and retention.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years managerial experience
• Preferred knowledge of home service industry (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc)
• Multi-location leadership required
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred but not required
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to interpret laws, guidelines, regulations, and policies
• Strong time management with ability to meet deadlines
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (Service Titan)

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct oversight to 20–40 field employees including branch managers and technicians
• Provide performance management through weekly 1:1s and coaching
• Recruiting and onboarding in collaboration with HR
• Develop apprentices into technicians and leaders
• Track expenses and purchasing, monitor budgets and P&L
• Manage fleet in coordination with Fleet team
• Attend home and trade shows and monitor online reviews
• Handle customer escalation and provide expert support for technicians
• Lead weekly meetings and daily calls with in-person and remote staff
• Work with People Operations to improve relationships and retention
• Schedule and supervise ride-alongs with technicians
• Verify weekly timecards and overtime approvals
• Inspect vehicles to minimize downtime
• Assist technicians in the field and perform audits at job sites
• Travel to various markets for audits and training
• Perform other duties as assigned
