Job summary

Don's Garage Doors seeks a Branch Manager to lead the Columbus area team, overseeing 10-20 field staff and maintenance personnel. You will coach for performance, manage KPIs, and ensure safe, organized operations across scheduling, inventory, and fleet management.

You will recruit, onboard, and develop apprentices into technicians while upholding company vision and values. A strong leader with customer focus is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years managerial experience leading a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software (Service Titan).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct oversight and guidance to 10-20 field employees including service and maintenance staff.
• Coach for performance and manage KPI performance.
• Handle batch/deposits, expenses, and purchasing.
• Monitor fleet and conduct vehicle inspections and maintenance.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, organize warehouse space, and ensure a clean, safe work area.
• Provide performance management guidance through 1:1s and coaching.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard or offboard employees.
• Develop Apprentices into Technicians and future leaders; schedule rides-alongs.
