Diversified Maintenance is seeking an Area Manager to supervise janitorial staff across assigned sites and ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Business level oral and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise janitorial staff at assigned sites and ensure quality service within budget.
